Your totes are stored in a secure facility serving Toronto. Each tote is tracked on its own, so we can bring back just the one you ask for. We handle your belongings carefully from pickup to storage.
Questions
Billing starts when we collect your packed tote. Owning an empty tote is not what you pay for. If we bring a stored tote back to you for a while, billing continues while you have it.
